Savour Muskoka features 10 chefts preparing and tasting menus using local ingredients. Alongside will be local wineries, breweries and of course Ontario's first micro-distillery Black Fly serving samples of their fine drinks.
Savour Muskoka is a not for profit organization interested in promoting local culinary tourism through the promotion of local food, drink, chefs and farms.
