7% Vodka - Cranberry & Wild Blueberry

Our goal as Ontario's first Micro-Distillery was to create an ultra premium ready-to-drink vodka cooler that is MORE NATURAL and LESS SWEET than other coolers. Our coolers are made with premium ingredients including:

Don't Expect Sweet

Black Fly delivers Bold taste without the Sweetness. It ranks a low number at 4 on the LCBO sugar scale as compared to many other coolers which range from 9-16. Many customers who enjoy Black Fly describe our coolers as tasting more like a cocktail than a cooler, and similar to a vodka soda with a splash of cranberry and blueberry juice.

Leading Edge Non-Breakable Packaging:

Our custom designed bottles are lightweight non-breakable PET with screw caps that allow the bottles to be resealed. Our bottles are safe to transport, and ideal for the beach, poolside, camping, golf courses, private and public patios, bars and restaurants. Large entertainment venues such as Global Spectrum's John Labatt Centre (Home to the OHL London Knights), value the fact that Black Fly can be sold in the bottle and taken by fans to their seats. Our bottles are recyclable, and have an end use for the recycled product. Recycled material is used in the making of fleece clothing.

Large Bottles – Great Value:

At 400 ml, our bottles offer customers more volume that other cooler brands which typically run 330-355 ml. Many LCBO staff promote our products to customers as being one of the best values in the marketplace. Black Fly Coolers are sold in 4-Packs at the LCBO for $10.05

Sold in over 500 LCBO's, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Alberta

Since the first bottle rolled off the line and into 6 select LCBOs in London in May 2005, Black Fly Coolers have expanded quickly to over 500 LCBOs throughout Ontario (and are growing still). Black Fly Cranberry/Blueberry is a listed product (LCBO #612713) with the LCBO, a listed product in Nova Scotia (NSLC #1004882), a listed product in Saskatchewan (SLGA Product ID#11179), a listed product in Alberta (AB +731568), sold in British Columbia (spec #600056) and a listed product in Newfoundland.

The COOLER COCKTAIL:

A Drink For All Seasons

With its low sweetness and small champagne-like soft bubble, Black Fly Cranberry/Blueberry is a non-traditional Cooler; A highly refreshing drink that can be enjoyed all year around, served ice cold in the non-breakable bottles or on the rocks as a pre-made cocktail.

Black Fly Martinis

Served with frozen blueberries or fresh cranberries, Black Fly makes a fabulous signature cocktail and delicious martini. At 7% vodka Black Fly Martinis can be served on their own or with added chilled vodka.

Black Fly Mimosas

Mix 2/3 Black Fly and 1/3 Champagne, or Sparkling Wine, and add optional frozen or fresh berries for a fresh twist and some added bubble.

Red is for Celebrations

The real Cranberry and Wild Blueberry Juice achieves a ruby red colour (without the use of artificial dyes or colour) making Black Fly a great choice for many holidays including Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving and the full Holiday Season.

Black Fly Goes a Long Way

Large 400 mL bottles and a highly appealing flavour profile make Black Fly a great choice for large gatherings – weddings, corporate functions, indoor and outdoor events. A bottle served in a martini glass or tumbler on ice, can provide 2 to 4 servings per bottle.
